Mission Our mission is to recruit African American males to the profession of social work, provide group and individual psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy for at-risk youth. The Black Men at Penn School of Social Work, Inc. provides mentoring, outreach intervention in the areas of violence prevention/intervention, academic achievement, and anti- racism training for urban and suburban schools.
